Group Description
Staying calm through the ups and downs of parenting is not easy, especially in our anxious & fast-paced world. This is where Mindful Parenting comes in.
Mindful Parenting is a research-based framework for dealing with parenting stress in new ways. This three-part workshop series, led by parenting educator Rachel Henes, introduces parents to core concepts and tools, and offers a non-judgmental and supportive space where busy parents can slow down, reflect on their triggers, and learn practices to foster more calm and connection in their day to day.
Each session will begin with a mindfulness practice and include experiential tools for reducing parental stress and reactivity:
Session 1: Slowing Down: Exploring Triggers & Moments of High Stress
Session 2: Reflecting: How Do You "See" Your Child?
Session 3: Connecting: Choosing to Respond to Children in New Ways
Cost:
$450 for 3 sessions!
