INTERACTIVE DISCOVERY GROUP THERAPY & WORKSHOPS
Interactive Discovery offers group therapy and workshops for children, teens, and adults, creating a unique environment for participants to develop skills and knowledge, learn from peers, and receive supportive feedback. Our commitment to the community we serve is at the heart of everything we do. With over 15 years of experience in facilitating groups and workshops, our seasoned clinicians bring a diverse range of expertise to our programs. This extensive background enables us to provide informative, enriching, and supportive experiences for all participants.
Many of our clients frequently ask, "Do other people feel this way? Is this normal?" In a group setting, participants find a safe space where their feelings and experiences are validated, helping to reduce feelings of isolation. Our groups typically run for 6 to 12 weeks, with occasional shorter workshops focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building.
We strive to meet the evolving needs of our community by continuously forming new groups and workshops based on feedback and requests. If there's a topic of interest that you don't see offered, please reach out to us—we would love to hear from you!
